Day 1 — Pilgrim's Path (Varigotti ↔ Noli)

Length/duration: ~7-8 km, 3-4 h • Elevation gain: ~300 m • Difficulty: E (some exposed sections).
Highlights: views of Varigotti and Baia dei Saraceni, Saracen Tower, Mediterranean vegetation.

Day 3 — Snorkeling & kayak

Early morning with calm sea: snorkeling among rocks and posidonia; alternative kayaking along the coast (Varigotti ↔ bays).
Equipment: mask, snorkel, water shoes • Safety: check flags/conditions and don’t swim too far from shore.
