Prices 2010
All prices are per week, in Euros. A payment corresponding to 30% of the total amount is requested at the moment of booking.Check-in is allowed between 3.30pm and 9pm. Check-out within 10am. If you need to check in/out earlier or later, please ask when booking.
In studio apartments, an extra-person charge of EUR 20 per week applies for third person. An additional 5% on listed prices is requested for apartments on last floor (only types A, B, C and D available).
Prices include:
- towels, bed and kitchen linen, with weekly change
- weekly apartment cleaning
- utilities (water, electricity, gas)
- kitchenware and dishes
- broadband internet access in the lobby (one shared computer available or use your own)
- final cleaning (20 eur for studios, 30 euro for 2-room apartments)
- parking place:
- 35 eur/week for cars over 4 mts, in high season and during school breaks and festivities
- 25 eur/week for cars under 4 mts, in high season and during school breaks and festivities
- 10 eur/week in low season
- use of laundry room and washing machines (1,5 EUR / wash)
